240 Gamers in the Area's Most Exciting LAN Party to Date

When:  10AM December 29th - 5PM December 30th

Where:  The Special Events Hall at the Roanoke Civic Center

Cost:  $30.00 per participant

What is Included:

• 24/7 Tech Support
• Gigabit Backbone
• Cisco Switches
• Food/Beverages Available For Sale at Concession Counters 

• Computer with a 10/100 lan card (we will be running DHCP;  do not setup a static IP;  scan for viruses before the lan;  turn on Windows firewall)
• Monitor, mouse and keyboard
• Cat 5 Cable @25ft.
• Power cable and other cables for PC and Monitor
• Good surge protector (must have actual surge rating if you want to protect your equipment)
• Headphones ONLY (speakers are a major power drain and cause power outages)
• Sleeping bag
• Extra clothes and toiletries
• Games you wish to play (OS disks, driver disks, anything you might need in the event that your computer crashes

• No alcohol or drugs
• No weapons
• No speakers
• No UPS (battery backup)
• No downloading of illegal files, or viewing of questionable materials

Schedule

Saturday: check in and signup for the tournaments is from 10-11 AM, lunch 11-12 AM, CS:S at 12-2:30 PM, UT2004 3-5 PM, dinner 5-6 PM, TF2 6-9 PM, then F02 9-whenever.

Sunday: Guitar hero 9-11 AM, lunch 11-12 AM, Halo3 12-2 PM, and COD4 2-4 PM, then packup 4-5pm.  Doors are closing at 5 PM sharp.

We WILL NOT have TV’s available but consoles are welcome!
